2. Data collected
Depending on the forms used, we may collect:
- Contact : name, email, telephone (optional), message
- Reservation / gift voucher : identity, email, telephone, postal address, dates of stay, number of travelers, chosen extras, comments
- Payment : amount of stay, currency, transaction references and status. Card data is processed exclusively by Stripe and are not stored on our servers
- Deposit : secure registration of the payment method at Stripe (payment method identifier) for possible debit after the stay; no collection of deposit as long as no breach is noted
- Technical data : server logs, technical cookies necessary for the operation of the site
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Respond to your requests (legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures)
- Conclude and execute the reservation (contract)
- Collect payment for the stay and, if applicable, a deposit debit (contract / legitimate interest)
- Prevent fraud and secure transactions (legitimate interest)
- Send confirmation emails and practical information about the stay (contract)
- Comply with our accounting and legal obligations (legal obligation)
4. Recipients
Your data is intended for Bulle d’Amour. They may be transmitted, only if necessary, to:
- OVH (site and application hosting)
- Brevo (sending transactional emails: confirmation, access codes, responses)

We do not sell your data to third parties for commercial purposes.
5. Shelf life
- Contact requests: processing time, then limited archiving
- Reservations and deposit monitoring: length of stay + inspection period after departure, then legal/accounting obligations if applicable
- Technical logs: limited duration necessary for security and diagnosis
6. Your rights (GDPR)
You can request access, rectification, erasure, limitation, portability or oppose the processing, under the conditions provided for by the regulations. Write to us at contact@bulledamourvendee.fr.
You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
7. Cookies
The site uses cookies or technical storage necessary for operation (session, CSRF security, reservation). No third-party advertising cookies are placed to date.
8. Security
We implement reasonable measures to protect your data (HTTPS, restricted access to the management tool, trusted service providers). As no system is infallible, absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
