General conditions of sale
These General Terms and Conditions govern the reservation and stay at Bulle d’Amour, love room located in La Roche-sur-Yon.

2. Purpose
Short-term rental of Bulle d'Amour (capacity: 2 adults), furnished tourist accommodation, with services included and optional extras offered when booking or up to 24 hours before arrival (subject to availability).
3. Reservation
- Reservations are made online via the dedicated form, or on request (gift voucher, special cases).
- The reservation becomes firm after confirmation and payment according to the terms indicated.
- Maximum capacity: 2 adults. Pets prohibited.
- Length of stay: minimum 1 night, maximum 7 nights.
- The customer guarantees the accuracy of the information provided.
4. Rates and payment
- Prices are indicated in euros, taxes and tourist tax applicable depending on the stay.
- Online payment for the stay is made via Stripe, secure payment provider (bank cards and methods offered on the payment page). Bulle d’Amour does not store any credit card data.
- The reservation is only definitively confirmed after payment has been validated (unless special conditions communicated for gift vouchers).
- Extras (romantic pack, brunch, adapted times, etc.) are charged extra according to the current rate.
5. Deposit
A deposit of 500,00 € may be requested to cover possible breaches or damage (amount included in the rental contract; €0 = no deposit).
- The deposit is in principle not not cashed upon booking: your payment method is securely recorded with Stripe (imprint / possible direct debit mandate).
- After the stay, if no damage or failure is noted, no flow is not made under the deposit.
- In the event of damage, loss of equipment, non-compliance with accommodation rules or additional costs attributable to the customer, Bulle d’Amour may debit all or part of the deposit via Stripe, up to the amount announced, with information from the customer.
- The registered card is kept by Stripe only for the time necessary to monitor the deposit (until checked after departure), then deleted or deactivated.
6. Cancellation and modification
Guests may cancel their reservation up to one (1) month before the arrival date : in this case, all amounts paid are refunded.
After this period, no cancellation will give rise to a refund, unless Bulle d’Amour has written agreement. A modification of dates can be considered subject to availability, without guarantee.
In the event of cancellation by the rental company for its own reason, all amounts paid are refunded.
7. Check-in and check-out
- Self-check-in from 17 h (access code communicated before the stay).
- Check-out before 11 h.
- Early check-in available from 15 h / late check-out until 13 h (paid options, subject to availability).
8. Housing rules
- Accommodation non-smoker (including electronic cigarette).
- Pets not allowed.
- EVG / EVJF not allowed.
- Respect for the neighborhood and the discretion of the place.
- The accommodation must be returned in good condition (dishes, trash cans, storage).
- Any damage may be invoiced to the customer (possibly via the deposit).
- Maximum length of stay: 7 nights, noted when booking and in the contract.
9. Rental contract and extras
A seasonal rental contract is accepted electronically during payment (check box) and transmitted in PDF with the confirmation. Optional extras ordered when booking or via the traveler area are part of the stay and remain subject to these General Terms and Conditions and the contract.
10. Gift vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for one or more nights depending on the amount or package chosen, subject to availability. The conditions of use are specified when the voucher is issued.
11. Liability
Bulle d’Amour cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the accommodation, nor from events beyond its control (force majeure, network failure, etc.), subject to mandatory legal provisions.
12. Personal data
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Applicable law
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. Failing this, the competent courts will be referred to in accordance with common law and, where applicable, consumer protection provisions.
